Save the Date: 2025 POEMS® User Group Meeting
We’re excited to announce that the 2025 POEMS® User Group Meeting will take place November 4–5.
Planning is well underway, and we’ll be sharing the venue and formal invitations soon—but for now, we encourage all current and prospective users to save the date.
This annual gathering is an opportunity to connect with other POEMS users, explore the latest software features, and learn more about what’s ahead on the product roadmap. Attendees will gain insight into upcoming development priorities, have the chance to provide feedback, and participate in discussions focused on real-world applications and outcomes.
Whether you’re a long-time user or just getting started, the User Group Meeting offers a valuable forum for collaboration, learning, and helping shape the future of POEMS.

Targeted Activity Prompts
Configurable prompts ensure that controllers complete required logs and documentation. Prompts can be tailored by controller role, area of operation, console, and timing.
- Trigger prompts based on time or alarm events and severity
- Supports daily, weekly, monthly, or custom prompt interval
- Fatigue mitigation prompts based on shift timing or duration
- Custom log type prompts to ensure specific reports are completed
- Prompt point-to-point verification during log entry
- Prompt controllers to complete required documentation before shift end (e.g., 30 minutes prior)
- Highlight uncompleted items for discussion in SHO meetings

Enhanced Notifications
- Colored icons and toast notifications summarize pending prompts
- Controllers can snooze or complete actions ahead of due times

Mid-Year Check-In
The first half of 2025 has been an active and engaging time for the EnerSys team. This spring, we attended two of the industry’s premier events: the 2025 API Pipeline Conference and Expo in Austin, TX, and the 2025 AGA Operations Conference in Aurora, CO. These conferences gave us the opportunity to connect directly with operators, contribute to the technical programs, and engage in meaningful conversations around safety, compliance, and operational performance.
At both events, we presented on our PSMS approach—Process to Task to Performance—highlighting how organizations can drive pipeline safety culture to the field level. We also contributed to the Control Room track at API with a presentation on Natural Compliance and control room performance.
These engagements are part of our ongoing commitment to stay close to the industry, listen to challenges firsthand, and share what we’ve learned in collaboration with our partners.
What’s Ahead: Continuing the Conversation
As we move into the second half of the year, our commitment to industry engagement remains strong. Members of the EnerSys team will be attending the 2025 SGA Operations Conference, July 23–25 in Austin, Texas, and the AGA Fall Committee Meetings, September 29–October 3 in Orlando, Florida.
SGA’s Operations Conference is a valuable opportunity to connect with peers across the natural gas industry and explore innovations that support safer, more efficient operations. From technology showcases to collaborative sessions, the event fosters knowledge sharing and professional development—exactly the kind of environment where practical ideas can gain traction.
Later this fall, the AGA Committee Meetings will provide a deeper dive into the technical and operational aspects of gas utility operations. With working groups focused on best practices, standards development, and emerging challenges, it’s an essential forum for advancing industry-wide solutions.
