Advancing Safety, Integrity, and Structured Program Management Across the Pipeline Lifecycle
Pipeline operators continue to navigate increasingly complex regulatory, operational, and organizational demands. As programs grow in scope and accountability expectations increase, structured and transparent program management has become essential. Throughout 2025, Program Suite continued to evolve to support these realities.
Looking Forward Through a Program Management Lens
Program Suite’s role as a central system for managing safety programs, compliance activities, integrity workflows, and operational tasks expanded throughout the year. Users increasingly emphasized the need for clearer oversight, stronger alignment between policy and execution, and more reliable tracking of program performance.
In response, we also introduced early concepts for a new software product, sharing the vision during the 2025 POEMS® User Group Meeting in Galveston. Feedback from program managers and safety leaders helped refine priorities, confirm must-have capabilities, and validate the need for unified program oversight as industry expectations continue to rise.
Engagement Across the Pipeline Community
Our participation in the AGA Operations Conference and the API Pipeline Conference reinforced a consistent theme across the industry: effective programs require structure, visibility, and accountability. Conversations at these events focused on systematizing program execution and strengthening the connection between requirements, actions, and outcomes—areas where Program Suite delivers measurable value.
The 2025 POEMS® User Group Meeting further deepened this collaboration. Program Suite users evaluated 22 features, participated in roadmap discussions, and provided candid input that will directly shape development priorities for 2026. A detailed outcomes report will be shared with attendees by year-end.
