September 24, 2019 (Houston, TX): EnerSys Corporation announces a new POEMS® CRM (Control Room Management) Suite Plug-In for the Weatherford CygNet SCADA platform.
The CygNet SCADA platform was designed for pipeline and midstream operators to process diverse data from multiple sources. The platform allows decision-makers, users, and stakeholders to prioritize and analyze real-time data to support daily operations and decision-making.
The POEMS® CRM Suite software collects and shares data and records to support critical areas of the pipeline control room, including Shift Handover, Alarm Management, Point to Point Verification, Workload Analysis. Controller Scheduling, Hours of Service Analysis, and PHMSA compliance support.
The CRM Suite platform was built with interoperability in mind to enhance the value of data to operators and to reduce the total cost of ownership. Now, the CygNet SCADA plug-in creates additional value to CRM Suite users through greater interoperability.
