The CRM Suite is built to support safe, compliant, and high-performing control rooms—and in 2025, we had the privilege of partnering with operators who are deeply committed to raising the bar for operational excellence. Your trust, engagement, and expertise continue to shape the evolution of our software in meaningful ways.
Strengthening Control Room Management in 2025
Throughout the year, the CRM Suite saw continued enhancements designed to streamline the work of controllers and supervisors while supporting Natural Compliance. These improvements were driven directly by your user feedback and real-world experience. As control room responsibilities continue to evolve—with increased expectations around situational awareness, rupture mitigation, and compliance documentation—the CRM Suite evolved right alongside you.
Your involvement in shaping the 3.8, 3.9 and 3.10 (not yet released) versions underscores what we value most: a development process guided by the people who rely on CRM Suite every day.
Engaging With the Industry: AGA, API, and the POEMS® Community
This year, our team had the opportunity to connect with operators across the country at major industry events, including the AGA Operations Conference and the API Pipeline, Control Room & Cybernetics Conference. These gatherings continue to reinforce the industry’s shared priorities around alarm management, controller workload, rupture mitigation, and high-quality shift operations.
The highlight of our year was hosting the 2025 POEMS® User Group Meeting in Galveston. Control room professionals participated in open discussions, explored new concepts, and provided feedback on dozens of CRM Suite features. Their insights directly shaped our roadmap and validated our focus on transparency, usability, and workflow reliability.
We remain committed to reporting back on what we heard and what we’re building next. As with previous years, a comprehensive User Group Meeting Report will be distributed to all attendees and clients soon. The report is a valuable resource to users of POEMS that provides insight into our roadmap and lays out our plan for the year ahead.
Our 2026 POEMS User Group Meeting will be held the first week of November 2026. We would love to see you there. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for information and resources throughout the year including the event agenda and a justification letter for attendees.
Celebrating Organizational Success
This year also brought meaningful recognition for our organization:
- We were honored—for the second year in a row—as one of the Aggie 100 – Awarded by the Texas A&M McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship, recognizing the fastest-growing Aggie-led companies.
